Typetalk

I have worked on Typetalk, team chat app, a SaaS application for several years now and it has seen many iterations and constant UI and UX improvements.

The latest UX improvement is for its "Topic Groups" feature which helps solve current users' topics organization problems, i.e., Unable to locate or keep track a specify topic or conversation relevant to the user. The result is more organized conversations in topics most relevant to each user persona.

Work done: UI/UX design and research, web design and creative/art direction.
