Production tab

The production tab on a well detail pane. I think we're actually moving to production over all time, due to data availability. In some states, production data isn't available until a year after date of extraction, which would leave this chart empty for many wells.

Additionally, the patterns of data over time are more valuable than a 12 month period, which in some cases just isn't enough data to draw any meaningful conclusions.
