Essentially, if you're looking to lease/rent you have a map with all the search/filter features you might need for the purpose. Once you've signed the lease (or made the first rent payment) the app will serve you the experience that suits your objectives better aka the lease mode. The lease mode is sorta a dashboard that shows the most important information regarding your current lease/rent. You can switch back and forth as pleased, the mode changes to default automatically though.
