Dr. Dive

Dr. Dive was just a tadpole when sailors brought him back to London from the Southern seas. His owners got frightened of him when he crawled out of the aquarium and started speaking proper English. He was thrown into the Thames and grew up in the sewers. He’s not a real doctor but his clients call him that because his poisons are always effective!
