Kite wins Gold at the Davey Design Awards for Best Visual Design!

I'm super proud and stoked to share this. This is my first ever design award so I'm feeling pretty pumped today!

Kite is a mindfulness app designed especially for Mum's to help them deal with the pressures that parenthood entails.

The brief was to design an app that didn't look like an app, so the bar was set pretty high on day one. But I'm incredibly happy with how this came out.

The client, Hannah, wanted to create a beautiful experience for her users, and she actually cried when she saw the final designs - which was an incredible feeling personally, and testament to the work that we undertake here at Appster.

Kite is actually still in development, so to win Gold based just off of screenshots is a great achievement!

The app is launching in December, so keep your eye's peeled for more updates!
