Ex-Fav Lies

One lie I used to tell myself is, "If they want me, they'll reach out." That meant I would keep doing my thing without tapping people's shoulders to share I was available for work (btw I'm available for work!), or express interest in companies, brand, or people I'd love to collaborate with - I waited for them to come to me. Spoiler: that hardly happens for me.

It was a downward spiral, because when no one reached out, I thought I wasn't good enough.
