Tellq - multi channel communication platform

Hi guys.

Showcasing a sneak peek of what I've been working on the last couple of months - a multi-channel customer support platform for Tellq.

Tellq Multi is a new communication platform for Multi channel customer support & sales via email, chat, phone & sms.

Previously focused only on calls, Tellq decided to expand to other channels and needed help designing and managing this product expansion.

The project was super exciting and I can't wait for the official release!
