Logo Concept for a research-based non-profit

This research-based non-profit is dedicated to making workplaces safer for workers. There are four components of a safe workplace: practice, education, communication, monitoring. Subtract any one of those elements, and there is not a safe workplace. I applied that thinking to this mark. Each shape represents one of the safe workplace qualities, and each piece is needed to complete the shape.
