About the Beer: People who climb Mt. Everest talk of establishing a home base on zero-day, a time of safety and replenishment where they can rest and take inventory of the essentials necessary for their journey. That was our vision at this beer’s inception. One of the first beers we ever brewed, our cream ale stands out as a medium-light bodied beer that is smooth and gold in color and low in bitterness. No need to over hop or be high in alcohol. Its specialty crafted grain blend of Pale NYS and Munich Malts, Flaked Corn and Barley add complexity with a clean, sweet malt profile and a hint of buttery goodness. This cream ale proves that sometimes... the essentials are all you need.
