Thesis design
In May, I submitted my thesis at Glasgow School of Art. The subject of the thesis was helping common cooks to have positive relationships with their kitchen knives and consequently better cooking experiences. The book includes my own illustrations of kitchen knife habits and techniques.
The thesis was a written part of a larger product design project aiming to reimagine kitchen knife retail services.
