The Drone 01 is developed as a multipurpose transport vehicle.
Designed with ultralight materials and with small dimensions, the drone allows to move batteries and small objects from one side to the other of the city of Marineris. Therefore, its main purposes is the delivery of objects.

The lightweight robotic helicopter is specifically designed for Mars atmosphere.
Its weight is only 2 kilos and it is equipped with an internal battery that gives it an autonomy of 2 minutes at the maximum speed to cover about 300 metres.
Anyway, the solar panel placed on the left side can recharge the
vehicle while flying.

The engine uses the overlaid coaxial propellers made with composite materials, which rotate in the opposite direction one to the other.
4 propellers and 4 blades in the bottom part give further stability to the vehicle.
One of the main propulsion systems comes from the double ion
propulsion engine placed on the front side, which makes it possible for the small robot to take off (first step of the flight).
