NCACC Learning Library

These branding efforts were developed for the NCACC's newly-launched Learning Library online education portal. This initiative required a visual identity that would represent the breadth, depth, and authority of resources available for local government officials, staff, and organizations who want more information on relevant topics in their respective fields.
