About the Beer: You can’t help but love the refreshingly huge taste of this larger-than-life India Pale Ale. Named for its signature blend of Denali Hops, a property strain fresh from the Yakima Valley, with just a touch of Sorachi Ace, this beer has the perfect amount of bitterness to satisfy any hophead. Denali has a big aroma that imparts juicy fruit tropical, and citrus character and yields surprisingly a clean bitterness with very full flavor driven by exceptional oil content. Based with Pilsner, Pale, And White Wheat malts this beer’s mouthfeel is as spot on as any IPA can get. From the first sip to the end of the glass the hop character imparted by Denali is nothing short of remarkable, chock full of juicy layered goodness with whispers of pineapple and zesty citrus.
