In retail, the space for product display is limited. During the user study, we found that the users would like to know more about the products before making their decision, usually leading them to seek for staff.

We designed this project, aiming to free up the time of staff by letting users find the info by themselves. Since launch, it is generating over 1k traffic every week and receiving positive feedback from the users.
