System Font Structure Experiment

I wanted to know how structurally dissimilar are the four major operating system native fonts. So I conducted this experiment.

This way I might understand how much a components width, like a button with text inside, might change on different operating systems when using the system font. For example, the largest width gap between two typesets here is 4px.
