Over the years I've attempted (several times) to design and build case studies for my site but each and every time failed to launch them.

Looking back I had 2 major problems:

1. I spent too long trying to perfect things (as more time past the more I felt the design just wasn't good enough anymore)
2. I focused too much on the design and not the content (often what I had designed just didn't work with the content I wanted to put in there)

So around 2 and a half weeks ago I started working on my case studies. But this time I wrote most of my content first and I plan on staggering the release of my case studies.

My plan is to release the first case study this Sunday and the second one on Tuesday/Wednesday next week.

This time around I haven't focused on making it perfect, instead, I've made it good enough and plan on rolling out enhancements as time goes on.

If you can relate to this, my suggestion is to try something different, each and every time I took the same approach and expected a different outcome – which never happened.
