IRCTC Redesign Concept
Redesigning the IRCTC Website Ticket booking flow. When I started to travel, I’ve used multiple ticket booking websites. I would say “IRCTC was the most difficult website that I have used ever. From the experience, I started to think about the UX of the website. Many people like might think the same whenever they like to book a ticket. IRCTC is one of the biggest e-commerce portals in India, it made a lot of records. As the tagline says, “Lifeline of the Nation”, It could be great enough if we can make the booking process and the experience a little bit better. Yes! I’m ready to contribute my thoughts to make a Lifeline of the Nation.
