For Colored Girls Book Cover Redesign

I designed a book cover for a choreopoem by Ntozake Shange called for colored girls who have considered suicide / when the rainbow is enuf. This book tales the story of a group of black women living in the same apartment complex in Harlem who become bound together by their experiences. The symbols that I created on the front of this book symbolizes the personal crises, heartbreak, and other challenges that the group of women go through.
