Thinking
I use Procreate when I'm starting to think through an idea—it helps me work through concepts quickly, without all the limitations of real paper.
I work through "Layers" of thought, focusing on a single idea per layer, with a summary at the front. It helps me figure out what directions to go think about, then gives me focused space to go draw through those things.
I took one of my notes files for Contour and enabled all of the layers, and thought it was representative of what a lot of this type of work is: messy, explorative, with each thought working off of the last. Also, I though it looked cool. 😏
I'd love to see more about process on Dribbble, and not just the finished mocks (although those are awesome), so I'm being the change I want to see. What artifacts does your process create?
