StepBuy.dk - is the online discounter for all services within Denmark with the expansion plan to the whole Scandinavian area. The client was clear in what he wants, the use cases were missing totally, and the project had a very Agile style. Everything was done on the way after each sprint.

Today the website is one of the biggest on the Danish market and appreciated both for its listed deals and the great UX & UI.

CHALLENGES

There was not a single document written by the client on what exactly he needs. It was an ultra Agile project with daily sprints and iterations.
