The Shocker explained:

I incorporated five culture’s pattern style in the border. I used a different wood burning tip to create a unique effect appropriate for the pattern. The top left was influenced by Hawaii (Polynesian), bottom left was Ireland (Celtic), the bottom center was African, the bottom right was Native American (Navajo), and the top right Mayan/ Aztec. The Shocker is a statement about politics. The viewer was left with no information about The Shocker’s concept unless they visited my website. I still haven’t told you the full vision. The point is to form your own opinion, really look at it, and then if you’re interested you’ll find the true meaning.
