Tabular data open/close interaction

Our maps have collections of tabular data that users sometimes need to see. There were few enough that they fit horizontally in the same space where we're showing the actual table data (with no horizontal scrolling!).

This interaction not only provides quick ways to view that tabular data, but it keeps all table-related actions in one place, and means we didn't need to shove these interactions into the layers panel.
