Texas Tech University Double-T Refresh

As part of a refresh of the National Ranching Heritage Center at Texas Tech University, I cleaned up the Double-T by aligning its design to a strong baseline grid, clarifying its diagonals, and harmonizing its inner and outer proportions to the major 6th (3:5) and minor 3rd (5:6) intervals.
