About the Beer: Embrace your darker side... A Medal Winner at the 2018 NYS Beer Competition this brew might seem intimidating, but appearances can be deceiving. American Dark Lagers drink like their golden counterparts while enjoying exquisite depths of flavor that demonstrate a brewer’s skill and imagination. This deceptively light bodied, dark beer is a crisply refreshing beer with a macho color. Its emphasis is all on the malts: light caramel notes with a finish that hints at chocolate and coffee generated from a trifecta of Pale, Flaked, and Carafa Malts. With just a shot of bitterness from its single hop bill of Styrian Golding Hops, this beer ends perfectly dry in the mouth. Who said dark beers have to be dense or creamy? Meet your new favorite session lager: black as night but ready to rock as your go-to brew all day.
