Jobs to Be Done

After a quarter of intensive research with external customers as well as a variety of internal stakeholders, we used the Jobs to Be Done framework to arrive at our five main areas of focus for the coming year:

• Transparency
• Preventing errors
• Letting the HR Team focus on what matters
• Getting people to work
• Confidence in finding the right people quickly
