First time designing a dribbble post to look super dribbble-y...people who provide mockup templates are the real heroes of the internet.

I created this logo, branding, and wordmark for a mortgage solutions client and put it all together on an About Page. The founder wanted to emphasize the Japanese ensō in the logo and brand, but the actual ensō mark didn't scale well and was too overused.

I incorporated the symbolism of strength and balance into the logo, and used brush strokes as a branding element to maintain that organic feel.

For the fonts, I chose a stylized serif for the header to lend an element of trust (it's a finance company, after all), and paired it with a more minimal sans-serif for that tech look.
