Personal | Jenn Im's Eggie Landing Page

Jenn Im is one of my favorite beauty and life Youtuber, so this project acts as my tribute to her :) Before I dove into the design, I wanted to do my research first. I studied different online retail stores such as Nike, PacSun, Forever21, and more and collected notes on what was similar and unique about each site, their marketing strategy, and their brand. Comparing Jenn Im's Eggie site to these hugely established clothing sites, I concluded that Eggie had a bright, fresh, and fun. In her statement: "Eggie has become a go - to shopping destination for today's consumers who love to reinvent their looks and don’t want to be boxed into one style."

I wanted to elevate her site while still staying true to her brand. I kept the same color palette, but because most of the pastel colors made it difficult to read, I slightly darkened the colors for accessibility.

When people shop at Eggie, it's because they want to support Jenn Im and dress like her. She's a fashion icon! Because a majority of her consumers are die hard fans of Jenn Im, I incorporated her most-liked instagram photos.

Lastly I noticed that other online retail sites marketed a lot of different collections and sales. To give Eggie a more competitive edge, I devoted sections of the landing page to her popular collections.
