Travel Landing Page - Daily UI (Day 3)

After pondering for a few hours what exactly I wanted to base my landing page on, it suddenly hit me. I have always wanted to visit Mexico, so why not make a travel agency landing page about it?

Like most people, I researched other travel sites and found a common theme. Most were cluttered, most were hectic, and most didn't make you feel like you wanted to visit the places they were promoting.

With this design, I believe I captured a calm scene where people would want to visit the ocean in Mexico, as well as other places if they clicked the arrow on the right. Where people can easily navigate where they are flying to, what transportation they might need, and what hotel to stay at. Of course this is above the fold, so there would be more information underneath.
