Windwrap - illustration idea

This is for one of course project - a speculation design of renewable energy. We are inspired by a new material that can generate electricity with minimal force apply to it. We imagine if the material can used in architecture construction and wrap up the train and car to generate electricity while it's moving (winds/air pressure trigger the material that generate power), so it's a simple concept illustration for that idea!
