Tried to apply some techniques to increase readability of the table and make it better for quick scan. Also, sorted them by recent popularity in social media.

To fans of "numbers should be always right-aligned": yes, I've tried it and it looked not that great, because of the format of the table. Also, readability and quick scan is much better in this version of table. Exception was worth it.
