Grocery Store App Concept

Here's an old concept I stumbled upon for some concept work we did for HEB.

In this flow a user is looking at some recipes based on the combination of food they already have at home and some of their past dietary habits.

They see a recipe they like and are instantly connected with an HEB representative to suggest not only adding the remaining ingredients they need for the recipe, but to quickly schedule an in store pick up.

The experience leverages past shopping data, as well as a combination of live in store representatives and a chat bot.
