Daily UI - Day Two

For day two, I wanted to tap into Le Corbusier's color palette from 1931, as well as use the Golden Ratio exclusively for the proportions of where the information lived. Tried something different (for me) with the progress tracker at the top right, and the form fields at the left (though, this may not be the best from a UX perspective—the fields are clearly defined).

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
