The Grand Pipes of RxJs

Getting musical for a new egghead course on RxJS Pipeable Operators.

Obviously plumbing pipes are the default symbolic "pipe" we all jump to. Which I thought about using... but then hit on flute pipes. Which led to generic wind instruments. And then thought the visual of a grand pipe organ was an much more interesting direction.

There are still a few lingering awkward bits in the design, but sometimes you can't win them all ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
