Workflow Designer

This is an interface that an admin will use in a contact center to set up their interaction flows.
E.g. a customer phones a contact center, the customer will then be put through a call lifecycle/flow that the admin created using this workflow designer interface. Depending on the type of flow, the call will either be routed to voicemail if it is outside business hours or to an IVR menu where the user needs to select an option. But it all starts with this workflow designer.
