Most store managers need to plan and create schedule for their teams at least a week in advance. Schedule creation takes a lot of work: managers need to know each employee’s availability, skills, and total hours scheduled for the week.

Although schedules can be created on Crew’s mobile app, our web scheduling tool makes it easy for managers to get a complete picture of the entire team’s schedule for the week. At a glance, a manager can see if an employee has been over-scheduled (and will need overtime) or if an employee has requested time off and can’t work.
