Self-discipline can be a really hard thing to master. I used to get really excited about changing every aspect of my life, and try to do it all in one go. I’ve learned to take my time with it and master one thing that I’d like to change, like going to bed at exactly 11, and then moving on to making sure I eat lunch every day - thanks #entrepreneurlife - and I’ll just keep working on one thing at a time until it’s habit. Because habits take far less of our mental energy to maintain; you don’t have to make a decision to go to bed on time, it’s just what you do. Here’s to sticking with it!
