Wins Above Average

Been playing with a new metric. Once again, I can't manage to make Jim Rice look very good. By existing metrics, Jim Rice looks like a weak Hall of Fame choice. The more I dig into it, the more I'm finding he doesn't even rank well when compared to the likes of Andy Van Slyke, Devon White, and (gulp) Jose Canseco.
