EUROPEAN COUNCIL - Monuments in Strasbourg series | #2

Hey fellows ! Here you’ll find the second drawing of the Strasbourg’s monuments series : The European Council. Its first purpose is to defend and apply the Humans Rights, through its committees, assemblies and organisations, constituted by European ministers otherwise.
It’s located in the Northeast of Strasbourg, on the riverside.

Any feedback, critics or just impressions are very welcome, any question about the city or the building itself too ; then never hesitate to comment or even just like it by a press F ;)
