Infographic - Solving High Agent Turnover Rates

To communicate the issue I mapped out the agent journey and gave the reader a 'birds eye view' of a common trend that happens within contact centers. I simplified the points to 4 main steps that the contact center managers should stop doing to have a massive impact on their agents' happiness.

I took the journey of the agent and made an evolution of it, showing how each step has an effect on the agent's well-being.
