Tough nut this one, after a few discussions with the client we went down on creating a customized type (based on the same type as the previous shot just removed some of the serifs, modified its weight, and the R legs), as they felt the design was too complicated with that hanger-crown.

Another requirement was to try to further make the crown simpler and execute it having the hanger head not rounded but more square. Please check the attachment and let me know if you guys still see the hanger there, cause all my arguments in having the normal rounded shape for the hanger faded away :)).
