Proposal logo for the competition announcement of the azienda ospedaliero-universitaria in catania.

The announcement consists in the realization of a restyling of the company logo.
The old logo was a union of the three old company logos, which after the union were grouped together creating. The symbols are: the Lion of San Marco, inspired by the name of the ancient Spedale di San Marco of Catania; the "stick of Aesculapius" and the logo of the University of Catania.

My proposal focuses on the stylization of the symbol of the lion of San Marco and bases everything on reproducibility and its symbolic simplification.
In fact, the emblem is built on an isometric grid and each line or curve is exactly created following its modularity and therefore easily reproducible.

The chosen character is the Futura Bold that perfectly recalls the lines and geometric shapes used for the construction of the lion.
