The Backline Co is an online platform built to press forward, and create chances for women working in sport. Like any good backline, we exist to press forward, and create chances. We’re here to support women, all women (and non-binary and genderqueer folks, too), by fostering the development of women in sport, providing accessibility, increasing visibility, and supporting the women around us in the uphill climb of competitive industries that have always favoured straight, cis white men.
