Community Driven Design WIP

A new community driven web project I am working on for my neighborhood. I really wanted to bring in the lifestyle, charm, culture and neighborly feelings you get from living in a fun "in town" city neighborhood. It also needed to be media focused with all the events and fun things going on within our community. This modular design is working really well for segmenting and pulling focus.
