NU:RO Watch

It all started with a concept I illustrated in Photoshop back in 2009. In 2010 this watch won the Red Dot Awards as the “Best Concept” and this project went on a shelf for the next 7 years. For the past 3 years I’ve been working really hard on making this watch a reality, so I can wear it myself mostly.

The minimalist analog NU:RO watch has two dials, one with hours at the top and the other with minutes at the bottom. When they rotate, the current time is shown inside the hourglass. The watch will be manufactured in a limited edition of 500.
