Secondary Persona for enterprise software

A secondary persona might not be who you primarily design the software for, but they are still a user of the website. Therefore, you should consider their needs as well. This persona was created from observations and interviews to understand the goals, motivations and pain points of the archetype user group within a major financial company. This persona will be used for the basis of conversations, for instance to determine if we are creating the right features for the user's needs and tasks rather than what the software team thinks is "cool" to implement. The persona was created in Adobe InDesign.
