Persona of an technical expert. This persona represents a person who needs to research the technical of enterprise software that might be purchase at his company. This persona was created from interviews of like users, to understand the goals, motivations and pain points of the archetype user group within a major financial company. This persona will be used for the basis of conversations, for instance to determine if we are creating the right features for the user's needs and tasks rather than what the software team thinks is "cool" to implement.
