Persona for enterprise software user – Administrator

Persona of an administrator user of enterprise software. This persona was created from several rounds of interviews to understand the goals, motivations and pain points of the archetype user group. A UX persona is not as concerned with demographics. This persona will be the basis of conversations and to determine if we are creating the right features for the user's needs and tasks rather than what the software team thinks is "cool" to implement. The persona was created in Adobe InDesign.
