Font Frustration

If there's one thing that annoys me most about my Mac, it's all the font troubles I've had. Had these annoying A's showing up when I ran Chrome, so after some Googling I discovered it had something to do with a corrupt system font cache. After cleaning it with LFX, now some of the default fonts in Chrome show up correctly, but many of my fonts in the system UI don't.

Argh.
