Reservation Error
During the initial release of the app we noticed that some users were occasionally getting search results back which offered them no saving. Yet, we knew our algorithm could find savings on their routes.
Eventually realised that there had been a connection error to a third party data provider and we were doing nothing to handle this.
Even though that connection isn't in our control, we felt it would be important to inform the user what had happened. This solution educates them and gives them the chance to try the search again or to proceed anyway, if they are in a hurry.
