"Man Up"

I like to "paint out the emotion" sometimes when things get a bit overwhelming. This was one of those time. Had a strong response to this piece, a lot of people reaching out to see if I was OK, which I'm eternally grateful for.

Don't tell someone to "man up" - it does more damage than good.
